The flowers on this Garden Candy® selection are gigantic. Each flower can be up to 8" wide and in the most lovely color combination with medium pink petals and a raspberry-red picoteed edge. The peony world has never seen anything like Noa Jolie.
The plant is perfect, the flowers are stunning, and as with all Garden Candy® selections, deer and mildew-resistant. You also get three seasons of interest with lovely deep olive foliage (foliage that is free from mildew) all summer and then maroon fall foliage. Plus no staking required!
The Garden Candy® series was developed by Don Smith, a retired atmospheric research scientist who decided breeding Itoh peonies was his new calling. Peonies in the series are named after all things sweet, from candies to sweet fruits to sweet grandchildren.
